1. Order Processing and Shipping
- Orders will be shipped within 3 days of purchase, excluding weekends. Note that order processing times are different from shipping times.
There are some exceptions where an order may ship out later than the expected time. If this is the case for your order, then the estimated delivery date presented at checkout will take the actual ship date into account. - Shipping time will be made available to you by the courier company when your order gets shipped.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?
If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at hello@meggosweets.com at the earliest. However, if the order is already shipped then we can’t do anything in that case.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@meggosweets.com with your order number.
Please note:
- Any unclaimed package will be returned back to us. And, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment
- It is recommended that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as their home or place of employment, to prevent lost or stolen parcels.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@meggosweets.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@meggosweets.com within fourteen (14) days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

- We believe in making your first taste of Meggo Sweets even sweeter. When you subscribe to our email list, your very first order is eligible for free shipping. It’s our way of saying thank you for joining our community of gummy enthusiasts. The free shipping option will automatically become available during the checkout process.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

2. Disclaimer
- We reserve the right to exercise discretion and may choose not to process or ship any order.
- We do not offer shipping to multiple locations per order.
- Currently, we only provide shipping services within the United States. However, We will expand our service to other nations in future.
- All orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- For security reasons, we do not deliver to military bases or accept orders with incomplete recipient information or unidentifiable addresses.
- Meggo Sweets is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events.
- We are not responsible for courier-related delays, such as customs clearance, as they are beyond our control.
- Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

If the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you refuse delivery and if possible click some photos of the packaging and send it over to us so that we can take further action. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Since all of our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. Once purchased and delivered, the items cannot be returned.
